Instructions

Chop one of the onions and garlic in fine pieces. Then chop the Pork Luncheon Meat coarsely into mince and mix in the flour, spices, onion, garlic, and egg.

Mix the mince well and place in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.

Shape the mince into four patties. Cut them lightly with a knife on each side. Season with freshly ground pepper.

Fry the burgers in oil for 1 minute on each side on high heat and then for approx. 4 minutes on each side until done. Place a slice of cheese on each burger for the last 2 minutes.

Cut the burger buns in half and fry the surface in oil until golden.

Fry the bacon slices in a very hot pan in a little oil until crisp and golden. Drain on a piece of kitchen paper.

Cut the second onion and the tomato into thin slices.

Add ketchup to the lower half of the bun, then lettuce, a patty with cheese, tomato slices, gherkins, onion rings, tomato ketchup and mustard. Place 2 slices of bacon and the other half of the burger bun on top.
