Breakfast Burrito with Pork Luncheon Meat

Ingredients
- 200 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- ½ Red bell pepper
- ½ Green bell pepper
- 2 Tortillas
Instructions
Dice the Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat and vegetables into small cubes. Beat the eggs.
Lightly fry the Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat and vegetables in a frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the eggs and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring several times.
Place the scramble in the middle of the tortilla, fold over the sides, roll into a burrito and serve.
Tip
We recommend using 5,5-inch tortillas. Add other vegetables to taste.
