In order to send out newsletters, reply to sponsorship requests and handle complaints etc., we need to collect certain personal data. Danish Crown A/S undertakes to collect only such personal data as are necessary (e.g. name, email address or private address) to provide these services. All other additional personal data may be supplied voluntarily, but they enable us to improve the service which we provide to our users. Your personal data are processed exclusively for the purpose of managing our relations with you. Danish Crown A/S never merges personal data with data from third parties. The way in which Danish Crown A/S collects and handles personal data obviously complies with the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (Persondataloven) and Danish law in general.
No sensitive personal data are registered.
Danish Crown A/S does not disclose your personal data to any third party without your express consent. However, Danish Crown A/S may pass your personal data on to companies in the Danish Crown group in so far as this is necessary for us to manage our relations with you.
